The wedding can host up to 200 people, but the property is not a 200-room destination resort. Accommodation is intentionally kept to around 60, so the estate stays intimate. Additional hotel rooms nearby can be coordinated separately when needed.

Up to 200 guests for the wedding celebration. We deliberately do not host large-format 500-plus guest weddings, so every celebration stays intimate.
Up to around 60 resident guests across Orchid Tree and the associated Viva Farm stay arrangement, subject to rooming. Additional hotel rooms nearby can be coordinated separately.
About 45 minutes from Whitefield, depending on traffic and your starting point. The estate is in Bangalore Rural near Hoskote.
Yes. Food, decor, lighting, photography, videography, AV, stay planning and event coordination can all be curated as one experience, through a single point of contact.
No firecrackers, and no high-decibel DJ format. Acoustic, live, folk and traditional music suit the estate and the forest around it.
Alcohol is not included. If a family wishes to serve it at an approved function, the required temporary excise permission must be obtained, and applicable government charges are extra.
The event plan always includes weather alternatives, using covered and indoor spaces such as Gulmohar Hall, so the day is never at the mercy of the sky.
The standard Orchid Tree wedding is curated in-house through our approved team, so the visual language and operations stay coherent from start to finish.
