Orchid Tree (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you enquire or book, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Details you share when you enquire or book, such as your name, phone number, email, preferred dates and guest count.
- Anything you tell us about your stay or event so we can plan it, including dietary notes.
- Basic, anonymous usage data from this website to help us improve it.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry, hold dates, and arrange your stay or event.
- To contact you about your booking by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- We do not sell your information, and we share it only with the team and partners needed to host you.
Keeping it safe
We keep your details only as long as needed to serve you and meet our records obligations, and we take reasonable care to protect them. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.

Terms of Service
By enquiring or booking with Orchid Tree you agree to the following.
Enquiries and bookings
- An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. A booking is confirmed only once we agree the dates and any deposit in writing.
- The exact location of the estate is shared once your booking is confirmed, to keep it private.
Stays and events
- Breakfast is included with overnight stays. Lunch and dinner are plated, farm-to-table and pre-ordered. Orchid Tree is proudly BYOB.
- We ask guests to treat the estate, the forest and its calm with care, and to respect quiet hours.
Cancellations
A full refund applies on stay cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in. Terms for events and full-estate buyouts are agreed in writing at the time of booking.
