Four: Couple Rooms by the Pool, Family Rooms by the Pool, Couple Garden Cottages, and the Family Garden Cottage (Chandana). Each room is named after a tree on the estate.

The poolside rooms are bright and overlook the water, clustered near the pool. The garden cottages are built around living trees, set a little apart among the forest, with open-to-sky baths and private steam rooms.

A single Couple Room sleeps two adults plus a child; Family Rooms sleep up to 4 (any mix of adults & children); and Chandana, the family cottage, sleeps up to 6 (any mix of adults & children). Across all eleven rooms the estate comfortably hosts a large group — ideal for full-property buyouts.

Chandana, the Family Garden Cottage, sleeps up to 6 (any mix of adults & children) and is the largest and only one of its kind on the estate, with a private patio, a private steam room and a bath open to the sky.

Yes, every room is fully air conditioned.

Yes. The Family Rooms and Chandana, the family cottage, are made for families and groups. Adults are guests aged 9 years and above. Children are guests aged 0–8 years. Children aged 7–8 may incur an additional charge depending on the room and bedding arrangement. Any applicable charge will be shown before booking confirmation.
