OrchidTree began as a simple vision: to create a sanctuary where the modern, weary traveler could unplug and completely surrender to the rhythm of nature. We believe that true luxury isn't found in gold-plated fixtures, but in the luxury of time, silence, and clean air.
Every structure on our property was built with immense respect for the existing landscape. We didn't cut down trees to build our villas; we built our villas around them.

About the Founder
The Architect of Stillness
The vision behind Orchid Tree belongs to our founder, Pradeep Kuppa Swamy. As a landscape architect, Pradeep is known for shaping landmark campuses across India, including Infosys Mysore, Biocon, and Britannia, with his work earning international recognition, including the World Architecture Award. But beyond the architecture, Pradeep is a photographer, a biker, a golfer, and above all, a student of stillness. Orchid Tree is the direct reflection of that sensibility. Every cottage, pathway, and open space showcases his thoughtful planning, his reverence for open landscapes, and his deep instinct for balance.
