Leisure Stay Guidelines & House Standards Orchid Tree is a leisure-led stay experience — relaxed, refined and thoughtfully curated. To ensure comfort, hygiene, and a seamless experience for all guests, we request adherence to the following house standards.

Booking and Cancelation Policies

The following policies apply to bookings made across any platform:

  • Booking is confirmed only after the payment of ₹5000
  • We have a 100% refund on all cancellations up to 48hrs before Check-in time.
  • No refunds of any kind will be given to cancellations after the grace period (48hr before check in)
  • 100% payment MUST be made upon arrival. Room access will not be given until full payment is received

  • Ozone-treated swimming pool
  • Jacuzzi
  • Steam room
  • Indoor games (carrom & table tennis)
  • Indoor projector / karaoke (shared basis)
  • Bring-your-own alcohol permitted (room consumption only)
  • In-house Nepali & North Indian cuisine (vegetarian & non-vegetarian options available)
  • Quiet hours are observed post 10:30 PM across the property.
  • Guests are requested to maintain decorum in all common areas.
  • Any form of public nuisance or disturbance may result in management intervention.
  • Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval from management.
  • Government-approved ID proof is mandatory at check-in.
  • Guests may bring their own alcohol.
  • Alcohol consumption is strictly permitted inside guest rooms only.
  • Alcohol is not permitted in lawns, corridors, pool area, jacuzzi area, steam room, or other common spaces.
  • Excessive intoxication leading to disturbance will not be tolerated.
  • All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
  • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor smoking zones.
  • Smoking in any unauthorized area will attract cleaning penalties.
  • Orchid Tree serves curated Nepali and North Indian cuisine.
  • Both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is available at the property.
  • Outside food deliveries are not permitted.
  • Guests are requested not to carry food to pool, jacuzzi, steam room or indoor game areas.
  • No eating inside the jacuzzi, steam room, or pool area.
  • Glassware is strictly prohibited near water bodies.
  • Proper swimwear is mandatory.
  • Shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi.
  • No food, beverages, or glassware allowed in or around the water areas.
  • No diving, jumping, pushing, or rough play.
  • Children must be supervised at all times.
  • The management is not responsible for accidents arising from negligence.
  • Use at personal discretion. Guests with medical conditions should consult prior.
  • Recommended duration of usage should not be exceeded.
  • No food, drinks, or glass items allowed inside.
  • Maintain hygiene and leave the space clean for the next guest.
  • Usage is on a shared, coordinated basis.
  • Prior scheduling with staff is required.
  • Volume levels must remain moderate, especially after 10:30 PM.
  • Equipment must be handled responsibly. Any damage will be chargeable.
  • Equipment must remain within designated areas.
  • No food or beverages on gaming tables.
  • Kindly return items to their original place after use.
  • Do not move furniture without informing staff.
  • No decorations (tape, nails, adhesives, confetti, wall fixtures) without prior permission.
  • No open flames, candles, fireworks, hookahs or similar items.
  • Drone usage is not permitted without management approval.
  • Any damage to rooms, fixtures, linen, or common areas will be chargeable.

Orchid Tree Nature Leisure Stays welcomes well-behaved pets, subject to the following conditions to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests:

  • Pets must remain on a leash at all times within the property premises.
  • Owners are responsible for immediate cleanup of pet waste (poop bags required).
  • Pets are strictly prohibited from beds, furniture, and dining areas.
  • Guests must provide their pet’s bowls, bedding, poop bags, and enclosures—no property items supplied.
  • Pet food available upon prior request (additional charge applies).
  • Valid vaccination certificates must be submitted at check-in (mandatory due to other pets on-site).

Liability

  • Owners assume full responsibility for any damage to property, furniture, linen, or injuries caused by their pet. Charges will be applied accordingly.

PRESERVING THE EXPERIENCE

Orchid Tree is designed for leisure, relaxation and shared comfort — not as a party venue. Celebrations are welcome, provided they remain respectful of other guests and the property. Management reserves the right to refuse service or request guests to vacate in case of violation of house standards.
