Our Polices

The following policies apply to bookings made across any platform: • Booking is confirmed only after the payment of ₹5000 • We have a 100% refund on all cancellations up to 48hrs before Check-in time. • No refunds of any kind will be given to cancellations after the grace period (48hr before check in) • 100% payment MUST be made upon arrival. Room access will not be given until full payment is received

• Orchid Tree serves curated Nepali and North Indian cuisine. • Outside food deliveries are not permitted. • Glassware is strictly prohibited near water bodies.

• Bring-your-own alcohol permitted (room consumption only) • Quiet hours are observed post 10:30 PM across the property. • Unregistered visitors are not permitted without prior approval from management. • Government-approved ID proof is mandatory at check-in. • Excessive intoxication leading to disturbance will not be tolerated.

• Usage is on a shared, coordinated basis. • Volume levels must remain moderate, especially after 10:30 PM. • No decorations (tape, nails, adhesives, confetti) without prior permission. • No open flames, fireworks, hookahs or similar items.

• Pets must remain on a leash at all times within the premises. • Owners are responsible for immediate cleanup of pet waste. • Pets are strictly prohibited from beds, furniture, and dining areas. • Valid vaccination certificates must be submitted at check-in. • Owners assume full responsibility for any damage or injuries.

• All rooms are strictly non-smoking. • Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor smoking zones. • Smoking in any unauthorized area will attract cleaning penalties.

• Proper swimwear is mandatory. • No eating or beverages inside the jacuzzi or pool area. • Glassware is strictly prohibited near water bodies. • Shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi.
