Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and sometimes it becomes necessary to cancel a booking. Please review our cancellation policy for Orchidtree Wellness Retreat.


Cancellation Deadline

If you decide to cancel your booking, please notify us at least four days prior to the scheduled booking date.

Cancellations made within four days of the scheduled booking will not be eligible for any refund.


Refund Details

If you cancel your booking clear to 4 days in advance, you will be eligible for a refund of 90% of the total booking amount.

The remaining 10% of the booking amount will be retained as transactional fees.


Refund Process

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the booking.

Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be credited back to your account.


No-Show or Early Departure

In the event of a no-show or early departure, no refunds will be provided.


Modification and Rebooking

If you wish to modify your booking or reschedule your stay, please contact us as early as possible to check availability.

Modifications and rebookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.


Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), we reserve the right to modify or cancel bookings, without liability or obligation.
